Summary
Dr Jessica Wardlaw is Citizen Science Programme Developer at the Natural History Museum (NHM) in London. At the NHM she builds on six years’ experience as a citizen science researcher and practitioner to develop citizen science projects to investigate key questions concerning current and future UK biodiversity, and open up NHM’s collections for research. Jessica is active within international citizen science networks, through which the NHM Citizen Science team support practitioners with products, services and resources. Her particular interest is in how citizen science can create advocates for the planet, engage and involve the widest possible audience, as well as support the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
