A small cloakroom is available for school visitors on the ground floor, next to the main entrance and the information desk. Other visitors can also use this area, but please note that items are left at the owners' risk.
A unisex toilet is available at the back of the Museum, which is accessible to wheelchair users. There is also a toilet next to the Zebra Café.
There are indoor and outdoor picnic areas (school groups need to pre-book the indoor area). In the summer, you can eat your packed lunch in the beautiful wildlife meadows across the road from the Museum.
