Access guide

There is lift access to the ground, first and second floor galleries of the Museum and to the Zebra Café and the Akeman Street car park.

We aim to provide a friendly, accessible environment for all our visitors and the widest possible access to our buildings, exhibitions and collections. There is a lift to the first and second floor galleries of the Museum and to the Zebra Café and the Akeman Street car park.

There is a parking space for blue badge holders in the Museum car park on Akeman Street.

    The Museum has 3 entrances. The main Akeman Street entrance has steps, the Park Street and Car Park entrances are step-free.
