This autumn, an intrepid group of Museum scientists are heading to the forests of Sabah in Borneo. Your Key Stage 2–5 students can join them through our programme of video conference events and live chats, and discover what it’s like to perform cutting-edge research in one of the most biologically diverse places on the planet.

A day in the life
|
More than 300 scientists work at the Museum. Visit the Cocoon to meet some of them and explore the hidden world of scientific research. A Day in the Life of a Scientist is a self-guided resource for Key Stages 3 and 4 and post-16, which encourages students to find out how scientists study biodiversity and to report their findings back at school.
