Venue hire charges

Venue hire charges include the cost of your personal event and operations managers, security, cloakroom staff and toilet attendants.

Hire charges can vary depending on the length of your event and day of hire. All venues are available to book seven days a week and are exempt from VAT. Prices below are a guide.

Venue hire charges

  • Hintze Hall (formerly the Central Hall): weekdays £19,900, weekends £19,000. Book at the special rate of £15,000 on 2, 3, 8, 10, 15 and 16 December.
  • Hintze Hall (formerly the Central Hall) with the North Hall: weekdays £22,950, weekends £22,050
  • Earth Hall: weekdays £9,750, weekends £9,250
  • Darwin Centre and courtyard: weekdays £7,500, weekends £7,500
  • Flett Theatre: full day £2,600, half day £1,350
  • Private views of special exhibitions: from £4,000
  • Hire of all event spaces: price on enquiry
